When using Beers & Business, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.

• You retain ownership of content you post (ideas, events, profile information).
• By posting content, you grant Beers & Business a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Beers & Business is a platform for sharing and collaborating on ideas. Please be aware:

• Posting an idea on the platform does not constitute a legal agreement between you and other members.
• We recommend formalizing any business arrangements separately with appropriate legal counsel.
• Beers & Business is not responsible for disputes between members regarding intellectual property.

The connection system is designed to facilitate professional networking. Members can accept or decline connection requests at their discretion. Declined requests are subject to a cooldown period to prevent harassment.

Beers & Business is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The outcome of any business relationships formed on the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Actions or content of other members.
• Service interruptions or technical issues.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile and content will be removed from the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via the platform.
